The Sleepless Night

Vandhe mukunda maravindha dalayathaksham,
Kundhendu sankha dasanam Sishu gopa vesham,
Indradhi deva gana vandhitha pada peetham,
Vridhavanalaya maham Vasudeva soonum,

Incarnation of paramatma as VedaViyasaMuni given a huge wealth as Mahabhratam to a mankind. Vadas Upanishat can be known only Rishis, Philosophers, or very knowledgeable Scholars, Normal human beings to understand the veda and Upanishat are very difficult task. So Veda Vyasamuni Written Mahabharadham to understand that all the dharma neethi should learn even all common people.
The Mahabharatam is the longest Sanskrit epic. Its longest version consists of over 100,000 slokas or over 200,000 individual verse lines (each slokam is a successive rhyme are of the same length.), and long prose passages. About 1.8 million words in total with 18 volumes..Important is revealed Sri Bhagavat gita and lots of righteousness teachings through Vithurar. It is called Vithura Neethi or Dharmam. It is very important chapter in Mahabharatham.
Neethi means a teaching about ;righteousness and morality. These are applicable to any place and any period. Those are eternally valid, because they are in line with scriptures, based on the four purusharthas of dharma, artha kama (duty, wealth and virtue). And Moksham (Gods realization)
Neethi is significant of dharma. It teaches about ones right way of action and the rules, Neethi is very much needed one's very day to days life. it is a measuring meter to measure one's purity and his action.
It is not only for the kings or the rulers. It is for all common mankind who should have very much interest to follow the path of dharma.
One day The king Dritrashtran felt feverish and he could not sleep hence he called Sanjayan to bring Vidurar to his palace. Sanjaya went to Vithura's place and Informed the king's wish and Virutar came to Dhrithrashtran's palace and he enquired about his health. As soon as Dhrithrashtran hear Vidurar's voice and said..” O Vidura you have come, you are my brother as well as my well wisher I do not know why I am not able to sleep and I am feeling very restless tell me the way to sleep” Hearing this Vidurar spoke in the consoling way and at the same time explained the dharma very clear and detailed manner....
Vidura said, “Cheat, Thief, a Self motivated person, Or one lost all his Wisdoms, defeated king, failed to achieve success, Deceased person only will have 'Sleeplessness, non of things that you have attached why you are unable to sleep?”
(Why Vidurar asked the chain of qualities , because Duritrashtran him self the same natured all those are mentioned above for his wicked sons...!!)
"Dhritarashtra said, 'I wish to hear your advise that will give calm mind and high morality. In this race of royal Rishis you have a respectable to me tell me what is your advise...?
Vidurar started to tell the path of righteousness: O Dridhirashra keep in your mind all the qualities of rightful thought. Because you are traveling on the wrong path of excess love on your wicked sons..You have missed to give pious advises to your children, They also brought up in wrong way and gone with deviating from the truth fact and right path...They are erroneously living people no moral no decency, and no proper way, They have associated with the evil force but you are encouraging it..” Vidurar continually telling the path of Dharmam and Drithirashran also quietly listing him..
If my assumption is correct all your worries that 12 year in forest living knowingly then one year hide out life, this was a punishment to Pandavas. 12 years finished and only one year hideout is remaining, if they finish successfully then what will be Duriyodhanan's position..this was your worry,if it is true kindly you do not under estimate about padavas They are hiding but they will come back..
I tell you some celebratory natured for you to easily understandable as an example: Snake, Fire, Lion, and Inheritance..kindly do not confuse how for useful with these example to your unclear mind..” further he continued..
(1) The Snake always be very active and once it reaches its point it will stop its travel, Secondly it will not stay in one place keep on it will change its place, (hermits they will not stay in one place ) alike your travel will be stopped on the point of the righteousness, and be like hermits detachable natured ..you should learn the good attitude from the snake..
(2)The Fire it always will be hide into the firewood it will be invisible once comes out even its small flame able to destroy the whole forest. Alike Pandavas are hiding themselves if they come out with anger really danger.. do not under estimate about their mighty strength if scratch them fire will come out. Yes your son Duriyodhanan will scratch them..kindly do not give place for it..
(3) The Lion It is a king of the forest other wise fax jackal like a cheats and evils will occupied the forest, because of lion other animal are safe alike a king should be like a lion another nature of the lion has that if it has no hungry it will not kill any one because once its stomach is full even if you sit close to it won't kill , another its extreme good and amazing nature is once it comes out from the cave it will look the both of the sides and after a walk some distance it will turn back and see the path it has passed by. So Duritrashtra See and conceder the two sides of good will and also turn back your passed way and time, be with Atma Trupthi with your part like stomach full lion. It is always good for you and your sons..
(4) The Inheritance: You should not forget your heritage, Pandavas are also from your Inheritance race and your brother's son as your son, O Dhritarashtra, Yudhistran is obedient to you, Your sons are exclusion of the rules of the earth Pandavas are the foremost of all your heirs. You understand that Pandavas are very energetically having all auspicious wisdom and deserving to rule the three worlds, Yudhishthira, is foremost of righteous men, So you should not accept your son Duriyodhans word, be impartial otherwise it will be tending to a definite end. They suffered much, misery, out of kindness. You should have sympathy on them, you should stand majestically and preserve your reputation." further he explained more about dharmas about how the universe came, detail about jeevatma and paramatma and so on....The whole night Vidurar toled the knowledge of wisdom with all his extensive effort, but all his effort in vain, wasted of time and sleepless night. Driturashran he did not care about Vidhurars advise.. he was joining hand with his wicked sons and he met unbounded huge loss...

The Mahabharatam is emphasized that an elderly person either a king, in a kingdom a family oriented men/women everybody should follow the righteousness and realize the true self, understand the reality, knowledge in wisdom and follow the Sanadhana Dharma (Karma, Dharmam and devotion) over love and affection the way to spoil the children.

Jayathu jayathu devo devaki nandhanoyam,
