Distracting mind

Some people in this world even for a small incidence they can not tolerate, on the spot they become mad.. even their own house. A progress report mater showing the report to their father is really very frightened thing to the children.. The short temper is a worst habit,,
Anger is like a decease, which will show that ones inferior mind having deteriorated. ... Disorder of the mind gets heated , The sad part the most angry men/women realizes about their foolishness after his/her anger is out burst. Even ancient Sages like Visvamitrar, Parasuramar, Durvasar were very short tempered. Among those Rishis Durvasar was familiar for his short temper Even today we call people with emotionally angered as Durvasar
Once King Ambrish observed Ekadasi fasting to worship Lord Vishnu. The next day he invited Hermits and Brahmans for a feast to break his fasting for Dwadasi... Sage Durvasa also came and he said, "I also participate with you but I will take my food after taking my bath in the river." The king agreed and the sage went to take his bath. All the guests were waiting for Durvasa. He took a long time and it was almost noon. The Brahmins told to Ambrish that if he didn't break his fast before noon, it would be a sin. Ambrish said, "If I take my food before Durvasar, he will feel insulted." The Brahmins suggested, that “O king now  the time is nearing noon hence you could have (Tulasi in water) Thulasi threertham to break your fasting now, then we all can have lunch when the sage returns. In this way you would save your virtham.”
Durvasar and the King Ambarish
According to their advise The King Ambarish was about to drink Thulasi theertham, Durvasa returned from river, as soon as he saw the king with the tulasi theertham in his hand, that's all his anger busted out and he started to shout at the king "How dare you break your fasting without me?" very angrily he recited a hymn and threw a agni Chakram on the king. The king Ambarish prayed to Vishnu for his rescue. Vishnu sent out his Sudarsana Chakram. It destroyed Durvasa's Chakram and started to chasing him. Durvasa was terrified and ran over hills and valleys, but the Chakram continued to follow him. He then went to Siva who asked him to go to Vishnu. But Vishnu said, "You have insulted my devotee with your unthinking anger... You do know that twadhasi virtam should finish before 12 noon you went late, with out realizing your mistake you sent the agni Chakram of your anger on my devotee I can do nothing Only he can forgive you." Finally Durvasa went to Ambarish and earnestly requested for his life. Ambarish prayed to Vishnu and the Chakram disappeared. Saved durvasar's life.

Saint Tyagarajar composed a song that “ Santhamu Leka Sowkiyamu Ledhu” "Yes it is right and appropriate word

Aristotle (Greek philosopher) said Anybody can become angry -- that is easy , but should be with the right person , at the right degree , at the right time for the right purpose and in the right way” Otherwise. .anger it is fury , flames , madness , waste of energy and evil it's effects are immeasurable  we lose power, sense of proportion , and become aggressive in manner ,The best way that unnecessary anger should be eliminate completely from  mind

Bahvan Sri Krishna said:-
Look attentively your thoughts, they become words.
Think your words, they become pious actions.
Do your good actions in right way, they become habits.
Your pious habits, they become your character.
At last your character becomes your best fortune."
